END CONNECTIONS AND OPTIONS

 SPECIALTY VALVE SERVICES

 All standard configurations are available for quick delivery.  At ABCO Anderson Brass we pride ourselves in customer service and in specialty valve applications.  The back of this catalog is a photocopy section that may help you to communicate your specialty valve needs to one of our applications engineers.  Simply fill out the data sheet, sketch the application, and fax or mail us for assistance.

 END CONNECTION OPTIONS

 Standard end connections in this catalog are male or female National Pipe Thread (NPTF) dry-seal or Shur-Loc (see inset) compression ends.  Special end configurations (ie. hose barb, male flare, swivel, etc.) are available by simply filling out the Specialty Valve Services form at the end of this catalog.

 Shur-Loc Compression Ends                                                              

Shur-Loc end connections provide a leak-proof, durable, reusable, double ferrule style tube fitting which is precision machined directly to the end of the valve body to eliminate extra leak points and extra fittings.  Shur-Loc ends are compatible with industry standard compression style fittings.

 SEALS AND SEAT CONSTRUCTION

 Stem seals are available in: Neoprene, Viton, Aflas, Buna and several specialty compounds.  Use our special ordering service to custom design your stem seals. Standard seat construction for the Kantleak™ ball valves is Teflon. Utilize our special ordering service to secure several options including filled Teflon, PEEK (Polyetheretherketone), or Kel-F.
